ESI Phone System Help Feature

The Verbal User’s Guide is a feature of ESI phone systems. Just press the HELP key, and the system literally talks users through any feature with which they may need assistance; it also provides tutorials on the operation of the phone system. New employees can learn the phone system at their own pace. No “formal” training is necessary, making new employees, like the ever-changing automotive sales reps, productive much faster.
